Load and Go Deploy

PacketTrap MSP installs and more importantly configures in 15 minutes through a simple 3 step process. After installation, PacketTrap MSP performs a fast and comprehensive scan of the entire network to discover all devices. Leveraging various discovery techniques, PacketTrap MSP provides a complete set of attributes for each device that has been discovered. Each device is then assigned to a Smart Policy with recommended monitors to complete the deployment process.

  • Since devices and applications come in all shapes and sizes there are times when you may need to remotely change the settings for each device or application in order to make it compatible with the laptop or desktop that you are using to connect to it. The Remote Control Settings feature allows you make changes to the screen size and clarity of the remote device or application so that you can effectively and efficiently work remotely.

In addition user accounts have email address for integration to alert notifications and scheduled reports. This layer of security ensures that the right people have access to the right information.

  • Current Logged-on User
You are now able to retrieve the details of a current logged-on user, for any windows based machine.  This is important when you have multiple sites in your network and you manage more devices.  Once the device is identified, you can use expert assist for behind the screen remote control access.

Web Browser Interface

Use PacketTrap MSP's web interface to view all your critical network data, traffic bottle necks, and alert warning about potential problems. In addition, see your PacketTrap MSP system settings to ensure you are collecting the right information at the right time.
