That's why packetTrap PSA has robust user permissions and access control to allow you to specify what information your employees can see and modify. Built-in roles (e.g. Lead Tech, Tech, Subcontractor) allow you to assign different levels of access for your team. And for those techs who aren't computer literate or simply refuse to use a computer, we offer "no-login" user accounts so you can still assign and schedule them, but they won't be able to login and you won't have to pay for a full license for them.
