It occurred to me this morning as I was responding to a question posted on
LinkedIN that many MSP's & IT Service providers don't fully articulate all of the benefits of their services when talking to small business owners about IT outsourcing.

There was a healthy discussion yesterday on
Yahoo's SMB Managed Services groups. Someone (new to managed services) was asking the group for feedback on how they were pricing out their managed services at the server and desktop.

There definitely seems to be some interest lately with folks looking for help in making the transition over to the MSP model.
I’ve seen more than a little lately interest in these types of
articles on the net as well as lot’s chatter on the
forums regarding MSP consulting services.
