Troubleshooting blank results returned by Network Discovery

Network Discovery requires SNMP credentials, port 161 and the ability of the target machine to accept SNMP packets from the computer running pt360.
It is not necessary to disable the firewall on the target machine entirely. Instead, make an exception / rule to allow SNMP traffic from the computer running pt360 to the target machine. Please also make such an exception for any other security / firewall software or hardware that may be implicated.
