How to point a deployed agent to a host server whose IP has changed
On the agent machine(s),
• open windows registry editor
• Navigate to HKLM->Software->PacketTrap Networks->Perspective Agent
• Right click on the 'Host' registry key and select Modify
• Enter the new IP
• Launch Windows services and restart the ptagentservice.exe service
