Connectwise API integration
PacketTrap MSP provides seamless integration with the ConnectWise API to deliver a comprehensive solution for remote network management and service provider automation tools.
• Integrates to ConnectWise Service Ticket API
• Device and Network Alerts automatically become service tickets in ConnectWise
• Closed tickets in ConnectWise close alerts in PacketTrap MSP
• Leverages PacketTrap’s auto remediation capabilities
• 100% flexibility to send all or some alerts to Connectwise
Resolved Known Issues
• Resolved: Reports: Mouse over 'calendar' icon says 'report to me', should be 'report to be'.
• Resolved: Server agent is not monitoring itself, but it is monitoring other devices.
• Resolved: The server agent is duplicating itself leaving two agent entries.
• Resolved: Alert service was getting tripped up causing alerts to be delayed
• Resolved: Cannot connect to platform when logging into the studio. New configuration steps provided to user.
