When the industry refers to a Fully Managed or Fixed-Fee Managed Service solution they’re typically referring to an ‘all-in’ or ‘all-inclusive’ type of service offering.  This typically means that all of the on-site, remote & end-user support labor is included and the client isn’t being charged for additional labor.
