packetTrap RMM Integration
packetTrap PSA is fully integrated with our Remote Monitoring and Management Platform: PacketTrap RMM. Our End-to-End solution is the first of its kind in the IT services Industry.
packetTrap PSA includes built-in integration with QuickBooks (and QuickBooks Online). Export your billing information directly to QuickBooks for invoicing and eliminate redundant data entry. Unlike some of our competitors, we don't charge extra for this valuable feature.
Create Service Requests via Email
Send an email message to your packetTrap PSA dropbox and it will automatically create and update a service ticket. If you forward a customer email to packetTrap PSA and the customer's email address is in your customer list, packetTrap PSA will automatically link the new Service Request to the right customer record. If the email is from a new customer, packetTrap PSA will make it quick and easy to create a new customer record based on the information in the email message.
If you use Google Calendar (gCal), Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, or another calendar application that supports the iCalendar format, you can subscribe to your packetTrap PSA calendar and changes to your schedule will automatically be synched to your personal calendar application.
The packetTrap PSA API is an interface that enables you to programmatically interact with your packetTrap PSA account. The API is implemented using standard XML over HTTPS, so it's compatible with any programming environment.
