packetTrap PSA includes built-in email & calendar integration. Just send an email to your PpcketTrap PSA "dropbox" address and a new ticket will be automatically created for you. It couldn't be easier. And your packetTrap PSA calendar can easily be synced with your personal calendar application (Gmail) via iCalendar subscription. We also offer a developer API that enables you to develop custom integrations with your existing business applications.

packetTrap PSA includes built-in integration with QuickBooks (and QuickBooks Online). Export your billing information directly to QuickBooks for invoicing and eliminate redundant data entry. Unlike some of our competitors, we don't charge extra for this valuable feature.
Create Service Requests via Email
Send an email message to your packetTrap PSA dropbox and it will automatically create and update a service ticket. If you forward a customer email to packetTrap PSA and the customer's email address is in your customer list, packetTrap PSA will automatically link the new Service Request to the right customer record. If the email is from a new customer, packetTrap PSA will make it quick and easy to create a new customer record based on the information in the email message.
Calendar Synchronization
If you use Google Calendar (gCal), Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, or another calendar application that supports the iCalendar format, you can subscribe to your packetTrap PSA calendar and changes to your schedule will automatically be synched to your personal calendar application.
Developer API
The packetTrap PSA API is an interface that enables you to programmatically interact with your packetTrap PSA account. The API is implemented using standard XML over HTTPS, so it's compatible with any programming environment.
